Booking

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Check-in and check-out

The room is available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please inform us by phone in case of arrival after 8 p.m. The room must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Reductions

• 0 to 2 years of age: €40.00 per day
• for additional beds from 3 to 8 years: -50%
• from 8 to 12 years: -30%
• from 12 years upwards: -20%

Pets

There is a daily supplement of €35.00 per dog (reduced number of rooms reserved for them - please inform us of the presence of your four-legged friend when booking).
In the event of damage, we will contact your insurance company.

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date. In the event of cancellation between the 29th and 8th day prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be retained. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged, in accordance with Article 7 of our general terms and conditions.

To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival or to leave in advance, or to completely cancel your hotel reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest our travel cancellation insurance.
